: (1) According to Section 107 of the Act, there shall be a Minimum Wage Determination Committee as follows:-
(a) Joint Secretary, Labor Relations Division, Ministry of -Chairman, (b) Director General, Labor Department -Member (c) Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Industries, Commerce and Supplies -Member,
(d) Director, Nepal Rastra Bank -Member,
(e) three members, including at least one woman, recommended by the Employers' Association from amongst the employers; (f) Three                      - members, including at least one woman, recommended by the Joint Trade Union Co-ordinating Centre,
(g) Branch Head, Labor Relations Branch, Ministry-Member-Secretary. (2) According to clause (e) and (f) of sub-rule (1), when recommending the name of the member, the name of the alternate member should also be recommended and sent in the same number.
(3) According to clauses (e) and (f) of sub-rule (1), the term of office of the member shall be two years.
(4) The Secretariat of the Minimum Wage Determination Committee will be in the Ministry and the Secretariat will be provided with the necessary manpower and the Ministry of Budget.
